X-Nav Dynamic Dental Implant Navigation

Our office uses X-Nav dental implant technology.   X-Nav is a computerized dental implant navigation system that allows Dr. Notarnicola to place and plan dental implant surgery with precision that was not previously available.  Think of it as a GPS system for dental implant placement.

How does it work?

The process begins with a 3-D cone beam x-ray of your teeth and jaws.  A digital impression scan of your teeth is also taken.  These are combined into our dental implant software and Dr. Notarnicola then plans the best position for your dental implants.  This information is then transferred to the X-Nav computer system.

X-Nav uses a camera system that then reads the exact position, angle  and depth of our surgical instruments and allows for Dr. Notarnicola to precisely place your dental implants.

See the X-Nav patient information video below.
